Meet Kelevate
Your Life and Business Coach
About
My name is Kelly Gordon
I know what it feels like to look at your life and wonder how you got so far from yourself.
I spent over 20 years building a career in Human Resources and Operations — working with businesses of every size, leading teams, solving problems, and being the person others came to when they needed support. On paper, I was capable, experienced, and in control.
But then life shifted.
Becoming a mother changed everything in the most beautiful and disorienting way. And when perimenopause arrived quietly alongside it, I found myself feeling lost in a way I hadn't expected — disconnected from who I was, what I wanted, and what I actually had left to give.
The turning point came in September 2025, when I attended a women's retreat. I went in guarded, and I left transformed. For the first time in years, I allowed myself to be truly vulnerable — to open up, to sit with things I hadn't realised I was carrying, and to reconnect with a version of myself I thought I'd left behind. That experience didn't just change my perspective. It changed my direction entirely.
I realised that everything I'd built — two decades of understanding people, navigating organisations, and supporting others through change — could be used in a completely different, and far more personal, way.
That's why I created Kelevate.

Who I work with women who:
-
Do everything for everyone else — and speak to themselves in a way they'd never speak to a friend
-
Are brilliant at their jobs but quietly wonder if this career still fits who they are now
-
Are navigating motherhood, midlife, or both — and feeling the weight of juggling it all
-
Struggle to ask for what they want, set boundaries without guilt, or say no without the spiral that follows
-
Have lost touch with what brings them joy, fun, or even just a moment's peace
-
Want to stop people-pleasing and start living in alignment with their actual values.
What I bring to our work together
My HR and Operations background isn't just a professional credential — it means I understand systems, people, and the very real pressures of workplace culture. I offer both one-to-one coaching, group coaching and workshops for businesses, supporting employees and organisations who want to invest in the wellbeing of their people.
But at the heart of everything I do is this: I help women find their way back to themselves — with more confidence, clearer boundaries, and a life that actually has room for joy.
You've been kind to everyone else for long enough. Let's make some space for you.
